I have been doing yoga with Karen for about two years now and I can’t imagine my life without it. My daily routine isn’t kind to my back, to put it lightly. By Wednesday evening I always feel like a squeaky, rusty robot desperate for weekly maintenance. I don’t know how she does it, but she really makes the stiffness and aches go away in a way I was never able to achieve at home or with other yoga groups earlier. I really like how no two sessions are ever the same, and how they are easily adaptable for different levels, body types, abilities, and ages. I often find myself coming even when tired or a bit unwell, because I know I can take it easy and still reap the benefits. And although I initially joined just for some exercise, I’ve found our classes very emotionally grounding as well - helped me a lot during some difficult times!

I have just been to Karen's class and must say how much I enjoyed it. The class was so well constructed: my whole body and my mind have had a wonderful work-out, stretch and refresh. Karen was excellent with verbal instructions, demonstrations, the variations offered and the lovely warm, welcoming environment she created.

I had been searching for a ‘pure yoga class for sometime and Karen's class was exactly what I was hoping for. She guides us through postures which can be quite challenging at times, but always with encouragement, guidance and support. Never judgemental. Always good options for all abilities. The class is friendly and welcoming and there is always laughter as well as beautiful yogic philosophy and plenty of food for thought. At the end of a class I feel I've worked deeply, both physically and mentally, but I also feel refreshed and re-energised, looking forward to the next class.”

I came across Karen’s yoga class 6 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed how she teaches and runs her class. Anyone could join regardless of their ability. Karen is very knowledgeable and approachable throughout her classes and I always come away feeling very relaxed and energised.
